They're pretty much made for each other. Yoga helps relieve stress, counters the effects of normal aging, reduces pain and helps prepare your body for other physical activity. Yoga improves concentration, focus, creates calmness and mental clarity, increases body awareness, and improves energy and mood. Sounds like it's perfect for the equestrian, right?!
At The Oily Stable, we love yoga. We've healed physically and mentally from injuries and anxiety that horseback riding has caused with the help of yoga. We are excited to announce the addition of yoga to The Oily Stable!
Join us for our second event, Saturday, July 14th, 10 - 11 am, at the Miami University Equestrian Center. 4950 Oxford Trenton Rd, Oxford, OH 45056.
We'll be in front of the horses- creating the optimal environment for some fun and relaxing yoga practice!!! RSVP in the link below!
Please plan on arriving 10 minutes early to prepare for class! Bring a mat & water bottle! Class is $7 per person, $5 children 16 and under. We accept Cash or Credit.
